1. Introduction
Panoramas Digital Marketing S.L., hereinafter “We”, “the Company” or “PANORAMASDMKT”, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we process and protect the personal data we collect from our users or that they provide to us.
This policy applies to our website and to the online services we provide through it (“Services”), and describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you accept the practices described in this policy.

“Personal Data”: any information that identifies or may be used to identify a natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, postal address, telephone number and any other information you provide to us or that we collect about you.

4. Purposes of processing
The User’s personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
P.1: To respond to requests for information, quotes and/or enquiries made by the User through the website forms, the chat or the published contact channels. The data will be kept until the request has been dealt with and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at the User’s request.
P.2: To keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about PANORAMASDMKT’s services, content and news, where they have subscribed to our newsletter or downloaded a free resource. The data will be kept until the User withdraws consent or unsubscribes, an option available in all our communications. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent.
P.3: If you use the “Work with us” section, to manage your application and, where appropriate, allow you to apply for a position at PANORAMASDMKT. The data will be kept until the User revokes their consent and, at most, for one year from receipt. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent.
P.4: To analyse website usage in aggregate form in order to improve its content and performance, as described in our Cookie Policy. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent for third-party tools, and legitimate interest for our own anonymous, cookieless measurement.
5. Legal basis for processing
The processing of the User’s personal data is based on the following legal grounds:
- User consent: we obtain your explicit consent to process your data, particularly for the purposes that require it.
- Performance of a contract: where necessary to provide a contracted service or to take pre-contractual steps at the User’s request.
- Compliance with legal obligations: to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- Legitimate interest: for website security and for aggregate, anonymous measurement of its use, provided that such interest is not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
6. Personal data collected
We collect different types of data depending on the purpose and on the User’s interaction with our Services:
- Contact details: name, email address and, if you provide them, telephone number and company.
- The content of your enquiries: your message, the service you are interested in and any information you choose to include.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser information and pages visited, as set out in the Cookie Policy.
- Attribution data: the channel through which you reached the site (search engine, campaign, social network or external link).
- Data generated by the use of our support chat.
- Data provided in job applications: work experience and academic background.
We do not request or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, trade union membership, etc.). Please do not include them in your messages.

- Erasure: to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.

- Objection: to object to the processing of your data, including processing for direct marketing.
- Not to be subject to automated decisions: not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce significant legal effects.

8. Recipients of the data
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal data. We do not disclose your information to third parties so that they can send you their own advertising.
Your data is only accessible to the providers that serve us as processors, under a signed contract and following our instructions:
- Hosting and infrastructure: our own servers and hosting providers, which run the website and our contact management system.
- Sending communications: the email marketing platform we use to manage the newsletter and deliver resources.
- User support: the chat tool embedded in the website.
- Analytics: the providers described in the Cookie Policy, only if you have given your consent.
In addition, we may disclose data to public authorities and courts where a legal obligation requires it.
9. International data transfers
Some of the providers mentioned above may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision or by the standard contractual clauses approved by it, together with any necessary supplementary measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration: encryption of communications (HTTPS), access controls, backups and periodic review of permissions.

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. The specific periods are set out in section 4 for each purpose.
12. Cookies and similar technologies

13. Minors
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

We may amend this policy when our processing activities or the applicable regulations change. Any change will be published on this page, stating the date of the last update.
15. Consent and withdrawal
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Simply write to or use the unsubscribe link in our communications.

17. Applicable law
This policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), by Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and by Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection legislation provides for a different venue.
